I have never really felt compelled to tag photos with GPS information. After all, isn’t the purpose of a photo so you can remember where you were for years to come? A new geotagging device has been unveiled from GiSTEQ called the PhotoTrackr Mini DPL900.

This isn't the first geo tagging solution from the company and the latest version of the PhotoTrakr is smaller than the original. The new version of the device is compatible with RAW format photos on Mac computers thanks to new software.

The new device has a similar appearance to a thumb drive and a new SportTracks option can be purchased. The application works with the GeoTrackr mini to allow sports enthusiasts to track their workouts. The PhotoTrakr Mini will sell for $69.
