Xbox 360 owners may be glad to hear that Sky Player is now available on the Xbox 360 Xbox Live service. The player will support both on-demand and live broadcast TV. The arrival of the service on the Xbox made no delay in the existing service.

The Sky Player matches the look and feel of the Xbox Live service with wide scrolling tabs to indicate available on-demand or live TV channels. The Sky Player offers 38 channels, 24 of which support live streaming. All users will need an Xbox Live Gold membership to view the content.

To get the live streaming and on demand channels without charge users will need a multiroom or broadband unlimited package. Customers without those requirements will have to pay a multiroom fee to watch live channels.
