The PS3 has been getting some new features recently that add lots of value to the console. The biggest is the new Netflix service for on-demand movies. It looks like Facebook integration is also coming to the console with some new pictures that have hit the web.

Facebook integration is already on the Xbox, but has been missing on the PS3. This is the latest in the tit for tat war between the two consoles. The images also show a feature for changing the color of your gamercard.

Exactly when the firmware will hit is unknown at this time, only the screens are found on the Sony site reports Pocket-lint. But if the screens are being offered, odds are it won't be long until the update hits.
