If the supply chain data of Panjiva is to be believed than the chances a Snuggie or a Zhu Zhu Pet will be under your Christmas tree are very high.
Panjiva (Via Computer World) used their new Panjiva Trends service (free to use this month) to analyze which products are showing the biggest gain in U.S. imports this holiday shopping season.

There are two products equally off the charts: Zhu Zhu Pets and the Snuggie. On the 3rd spot are Toy Story related toys.
Snuggie are to me surprisingly popular as I would not want caught dead wearing one, but it looks like millions prefer function over style. Snuggies are on sale on Amazon.

It's no surprise for the Zhu Zhu Pets to be on the Panjiva Trends chart. We have reported extensively about them and they are the hot toy trend of 2009. Read all about Zhu Zhu Pets here.
