Klausner Technologies holds some patents that have to do with visual voice mail technologies. The company has files a patent infringement suit against both TIM and Motorola for allegedly violating Klausner patents.

Klausner claims that the suit is based on the recently unveiled Blackberry Bold 9700 handset and various other Blackberry models that use technology covered in Klausner patents. Klausner also filed suit against Motorola alleging that the CLIQ and other Motorola handsets violate its patents.

The suit was filed in the Eastern District of Texas where the judge is well known to favor the patent holder in disputes such as this. Klausner Technologies has 24 patents that have to do with visual voice mail.
