SSDs are the best damn thing since sliced bread, and if it was at all affordable I'd never use an old fashioned HDD ever again. Those of you with the same goal could be a step closer today, thanks to the cunning machinations of Seagate. They're launching the Pulsar today. It's a 2.5" SATA SSD with up to a 200 GB capacity. The drive has a 24 MB/s sequential read, and 200 MB/s sequential write. It comes with a 5 year limited warranty, and offers support in the event of data loss. I kind of want one, how about you?
