So you want an iPod dock, but you don't want it to look like something a normal person would have in their house. You are the perfect customer for JVC's new XS-SR3 surround sound speaker dock. JVC describes it as "uniquely-designed", which I suppose is accurate. It makes your iPod look a little like a space station from the first Star Wars prequel. The actual iPod dock itself rotates, allowing you to position your iPod in widescreen viewing mode. This dock takes five watts of power, and the gadget has both analog and digital audio inputs. It comes with a remote control and is capable of functioning as a computer speaker system in addition to an iPod speaker system. The XS-SR3 will be available this month. It MSRPs for $149.95.
