Buy This Now On Amazon

Despite competitors boiling up on every side, Amazon.com's Kindle E-Reader continues to lead the pack. This Christmas, it achieved a major victory; the Kindle is now the single most gifted item in Amazon's history. The company even issued a press release to mark the occasion. Also on Christmas day came a second major achievement for the Kindle; customers purchased more Kindle books on Friday than physical books. The reasons for this are obvious; thousands of new Kindle owners playing with their new toys by ordering tons of e-books. In addition to selling a bunch of Kindles and e-books this season, Amazon also brags that they sold enough gingerbread house kits to replicate the Sears Tower. This has been an incredible holiday season for both Amazon.com, and the Kindle. We'll see if they can keep this gravy train going once the nook becomes widely available.
