Asus has unveiled a new mainboard series that is based on the Intel H57 and H55 chipsets. The boards support the Core i7/i5/i3/Pentium processor range and are available in ATX and micro-ATX form factors. Both of the boards feature GPU boost technology and energy efficient designs.

The ATX P7H57D-V EVO also supports USB 3.0 and SATA 6G technology. The GPU Boost tech allows the user to overclock the GPU and enhance performance from within an exclusive interface. The boards also allow for overclocking of the CPU for more performance as well.

Asus also says that it uses a unique expansion chip that allows for multiple video cards in SLI or CrossFireX modes without affecting USB 3.0 or SATA6 performance. Both of the mainboards will launch on January 7.
