The first is SnugTV, a new service that works on any PC with a TV tuner card and an Internet connection. You go to www.snugtv.com to make an account, and then you can turn your personal computer into a private TV station and give your friends access to streaming TV from your station. SnugTV is PC and Mac compatible. Next up is the AVerTV HD DVR.
