There's always room for more HD camcorders in the world. Panasonic has just announced the upcoming availability of several new HD camcorders for its 2010 line. The HDC-HS60, HDC-TM55 and HDC-SD60 are all designed to deliver high definition recording, as well as portability and convenience for the user. These camera all feature a 35.7mm wide-angle lens, 25X optical zoom, and Panasonic's Intelligent Zoom. All three models also have face recognition. Users can register up to six faces for each camcorder. The machine will automatically seek out those faces and give priority to focusing on them. All of these camcorders use SDHC/SD memory cards, and can also handle new SDXC memory cards. The HS60 also packs 120 GB HDDs, which you can copy the contents of your SD cards onto with a one-touch maneuver. Release dates and pricing information is not yet available, but Panasonic will be giving it out 30 days prior to the ship date. Whenever that is.
