This definitely wins the 'coolest dock ever' award. Why hook your iPhone or iPod touch into a spooty old set of speakers or tiny 7" screen when you can hook it up to a full-sized freaking HDTV. That is JVC's dream. As part of their CES 2010 line-up they've announced a new line of TV/iPod docks. This line includes the 32" LT-32P510, the 42" LT42P510, and the 46" LT-46P510. When you dock your iPod/iPhone you will presented with an iPod-like menu that will give you a selection of audio and video playback. You'll also be able to search for music. Low-res videos can be displayed in small-screen mode. These TVs are all capable of displaying full 1080p HD, they have dynamic backlights, 3 HDMI inputs, one PC input, two S-video inputs, and two component inputs. No information on pricing has been given, but all three models are expected to launch in Spring of 2010.
