The parade of tablets and the inexorable forward march of Android continues today, with the announcement of the ViewSonic VTablet 101 (Cloned in China). This tablet PC contains a hefty 1 GHz ARM 9 SMP processor AND an nVidia Tegra T20 chipset. It has an 8.9" LVDS display and a front-facing camera for video conferencing.

The ViewSonic VTablet has 4 GB of storage space, 3D graphics, WiFi, and Bluetooth. It can handle 3G, but only via an external modem. Retail price is estimated to be around $441 USD, but no information on availability or launch date has yet been released.
