Mobile TV is something that is relatively new for most Americans though it has been offered for a long time in Europe and Asia. A company called Axel Technologies has announced a new mobile TV service called Fuugo.

The service has a goal of making it easier for people to find TV and video content. The Fuugo software is optimized for a range of mobile devices including those based on the Intel Atom processor as well as smartphones. The app allows the user to set up a personalized TV stream blending choices from broadcast, mobile TV, and the internet.

The software will use social media, recommendations, user metrics, and other content sources to offer the user programs and video that matches the user's likes. The software will be demonstrated at MWC in Spain this month.
