The problem I always have when I am trying to shoot video or take pictures with my DSLR is that I tend to move too much and my images are blurry. This is especially true when I am shooting pics with a telephoto lens using my Nikon D80. A new product from Film Maker Accessories promises to help people like me have a more steady hold on their camera for clearer pictures.

The device is called the Habbycam SD Camera Brace and is a cinematic camera support system to give pro results to us normal folk. The brace can be connected to a wide range of video cameras and DSLRs thanks to a universal camera support plate. The height and distance from the viewfinder or video monitor is adjustable.

The SD Camera Brace is made from aluminum and stainless steel and is compatible with any camera with a 1/4" 20 tripod mount hole. No tools are needed for assembly making it easy to travel with. The brace supports any camera up to 20 pounds and it measures 24" x 5" x 7" fully assembled. The HD Brace retails for $249 and is available now.
