This Ideum MT-50 table looks a lot like the video wall tech that is on NCIS: Los Angeles to me. Ideum is showing off its new MT-50 multitouch table and the thing looks really cool. The MT-50 is available for custom installations and has been installed in museums and other places around the country already.

The specifications of the table were updated recently. The table is 50-inches and has a clear tempered glass surface. The frame of the table is extruded aluminum that is powder coated. The table can be fitted with optional LED under lighting and uses air-cooling to keep the internal components cool.

The display has a resolution of 1280 x 720 and uses a DLP projector system. Brightness is 3000 ANSI lumens and it supports 60 points of touch. The computer that runs the show is an Intel quad-core rig at 3GHz with GeForce GTX 285 graphics, 4GB of RAM, and 10K rpm 300GB HDDs.
