The iPad wireless deal for 3G service in the US was a given for AT&T and the wireless provider and Apple worked out a impressive new deal for iPad buyers with no contracts and a decent price for service. The battle to determine who will provide connectivity for the device in the UK is set to start.

Apple execs are said to be coming to the UK to meet with reps form orange, O2, and Vodafone to determine which company will provide wireless connectivity for the device in the UK. Rumors still point to all three companies offering the iPad.

We can expect there to be some sweet deals on pricing for 3G service on the iPad being tossed around to woo Apple to choose one firm over another. Resellers of the iPad in the UK and pricing are expected soon.
