Buy This Now On Amazon

Just about everyone has a mobile phone today and many of us are now carrying smartphones like the iPhone that let us get more info on products we are thinking about buying and search for cheaper prices in real time.

Target has announced a new way to put your smartphone to use to save you money in its retail stores. Target has announced the first-ever scannable coupon program for mobile phones. The program will send coupons to your mobile device that can be scanned at checkout.

The program sends a coupon with a barcode that is displayed on the screen of the phone. The cashier scans the user's phone at checkout to give the discount. It's pretty cool and each of the coupons is single use and expire on the day shown on the coupon. You have to opt into the program on Target.com/mobile to get the coupons.
