Buy This Now On Amazon

Back at CES we first heard of the iHome iA5 and it sounded cool. The clock has apps that help to enhance its usability and turns the nightstand into a personal information hub.

The device lets the user charge, dock, sleep to music and wake to music using the iPhone and the iPod touch. The big feature is the iHome+Sleep app that lets the iPhone or iPod touch work like an alarm clock and tune EQ settings.

Features of the app include social media alerts, sleep starts to record sleep habits, and overnight news. That means you can wake up and see what happened in the world while you were sleeping. The sleep stats is interesting, it can record snooze bar hits, sleep habits, and average bedtime. The clock is shipping right now for $99.
