The first 3D TVs have been on sale for a couple of days. Samsung currently has the widest offering of 3D TVs and Amazon is pushing their line-up heavily with discounts and a free 3D Starter Kit.
Sony, LG and Panasonic's 3D TVs are not that widely available yet, therefore it is no surprise that the bestselling 3D TV on Amazon is from Samsung.

What is interesting though is that the Samsung UN55C8000 is by far the bestselling 3D TV right now on the 9th position in the TV sales charts. The C8000 series is the top of the line 3D TV series from Samsung. The list price is $3,499.99 and Amazon sells it for $2,845 (Price at checkout).

It is also interesting that a 3D TV is already in the top 10 of overall TV sales. Right now only early adopters are shopping for 3D TVs as prices are still high and 3D content is still non-existent.
I am pretty sure that 3D TVs will be heavily pushed in the Black Friday 2010 Sales season. It will be a 3D Black Friday all around with 3D TVs, 3D Blu-ray players and 3D Blu-ray movies.
