Sprint is taking a beating at the hands of the other major wireless providers. Sprint is losing customers as quickly as other providers are growing and the company lacks a handset that people really want.

Sprint is trying all sorts of things to improve its profits and lure customers to its network. One of the new things the company is trying is an improved money back guarantee. The new guarantee goes into effect tomorrow.

With the new guarantee, the user can get all their money back in the first 30 days if they don’t like the service. The refund will include any money for the monthly service plan, taxes and fees, activations fees, no restocking fees, and device costs will be repaid too. Sprint will also wave any early termination fees for the first 30 days. That is a heck of a deal and I hope other carriers follow suit.
