Apple has launched the first iPad apps in the iTunes app store. This means you can already go shopping for iPad apps now and then sync them onto your iPad tomorrow, if you get one of the magical devices on launch day.
Be prepared to spend some more money than for iPhone apps.
Apple highlights the At Bat 2010 for iPad app from MLB as iPad app of the week. This live game simulation costs you $14.99.

iWork for iPad is also already available and each app sells for $9.99.
Good thing that there are also free apps like the highly anticipated Netflix player.

To shop for iPad apps you just need to fire up your iTunes (latest version) and go into the app store.

The Apple iPad will go on sale tomorrow 9am in Apple stores and at Best Buy stores with in-store Apple shops. The first guy is already in line in New York.
