In the critically-acclaimed comic series 'Transmetropolitan' by Warren Ellis, the lead character (a journalist named Spider Jerusalem) had a pair of mis-matched glasses that automatically snapped and stored photos every few minutes. Now fans of the comic (and also sportsmen of varying stripes) can learn the joys of camera-glasses. GearLog reports that has created a new line of Sportsman Eyewear.

All of these glasses are available in green and yellow lenses. They can record up to 3 hours of 720x480 video, which is saved on a 4GB microSD card. The battery only lasts two hours, but these glasses can also take still photos with their 3 MP camera. These glasses cost $269, and you can order them now.
