Many IPad Users Report WiFi Problems

The iPad has been in the hands of hoards of end users for a few days now and so far, the only real complaints have been about the WiFi connectivity of the device. The WiFi service is dropping for some users and not reconnecting to the wireless network.

Apple has acknowledged the issue and offered tips on how to fix the problem. Exactly what is causing the WiFi issue is unknown, but some speculation links it to the position of the WiFi antenna.

I have an iPad and have had WiFi issues sporadically. For instance, the WiFi connection will drop and the iPad takes a minute or so to log back onto the network. The whole time my iPhone will stay connected with no issues. Apple suggests resetting the WiFi settings on the device.
