Unless you've spent some time in South Korea, odds are good that you've never fiddled around with a Pantech phone. That could change soon. The Pantech Sirius is a high-end Android smartphone with an $810 unlocked price. Unwired View reports that Pantech is currently in talks with Verizon and AT&T.

The Sirius packs a 1 GHz Snapdragon processor, 3.7” AMOLED screen, 500 MB of RAM, and an 8 GB memory card. The camera shoots 5 MP, and the phone packs in T-DMB, WiFi, and DivX support. Altogether, it sounds pretty great. Here's to hoping those “talks” with Big Red and AT&T end well.
