Back in the day, I had an Atari 2600 and my friends and I played it all the time. I was an Asteroids or Pac Mac player most of the time, but I had a bunch of other games too. One geek has made himself an extra $31,000 selling a rare game for the Atari 2600.

The game in question was Air Raid and Tanner Sandlin from Austin Texas sold the game on eBay for $31,600. The man found that the game was rare when reading a story on CNN about rare games.

Sandlin said that the odd thing about Air Raid was that the game was not fun. None of his friends wanted to trade for it so he still had it and the original package it came in. There is no telling how much money my old Atari and game collection would be worth today.
