Secretive X-37B Robotic Space Plane Launched Into Space

The U.S. Air Force launched a secret space plane last night. The X-37B is an unmanned robotic space plane that was brought into space by an Atlas 5 rocket.
The X-37B can similar to the Space Shuttle return to earth. The X-37B test flight yesterday marks the latest milestone in the over 10 year history of the project.

Space.com pulled together a gallery of schematics and photos of the X-37B. As said the details of the X-37B project are secret.

The X-37B returned to Earth on December 3rd.
