Police Takes Action In IPhone 4G Leak

As reported over the weekend police started to investigate in the lost iPhone 4G prototype case. Now, Gizmodo's Jason Chen's home got raided and computers were seized.
TechCrunch reports that nobody is charged yet in the case and that police is only gathering evidence right now.

It is right now not clear if the raid was legal or not. In any case the hope that Apple would walk away from this silently is gone. The legal wheels started to turn.
