Dell Drops New Inspiron R Laptops

Dell has tossed some new notebooks onto the public in Australia, thought he machines are available in the US as well. The new machines are the Inspirion 15R and 17R. Both of the machines share some common features and mostly different in screen size with the 15R having a 15-inch screen and the 17R being a17-incn unit.

Both offer a variety of Core i3 and i5 processors and run Windows 7. The machines come in black, peacock blue, tomato red, and lotus pink. WiFi connectivity is integrated and the machines have memory card readers.

Graphics options include a 1GB ATI discrete GPU and up to 640GB of storage is offered. RAM is up to 8GB of DDR3 and the machines have integrated webcams. Pricing starts at AU$949 and US pricing for the maces is not available at this time.
