Motorola is about to launch a bold new experiment in smartphone design. The Flipout is an Android based phone that HDBlog.it believes will be on sale this June. This weird-looking smartphone sports a 2.8” display, full QWERTY keyboard, and a 3.1 MP camera.

The processor is believed to be a 700 MHz CPU with GPS functionality. It runs on the Android 2.1 OS mixed up with Motorola's Blur UI. The Flipout will likely be available in black, green, and pink colors. No details as to carrier and price are out yet, but they should be leaking out in short order. June is going to be one exciting month!
