Mushkin Launches Callisto SSD Line

One day in the not-too-distant future, it'll be hard to find a consumer device that doesn't sport an SSD. Solid state drive tech's rush towards ubiquity got another shot in the arm today, courtesy of Mushkin. Gearlog reports that the company has just unveiled a new SSD series; Callisto.

These drives offer up to 285 MB/s read speeds and 275 MB/s write speeds. You can buy them in 60 GB, 120 GB and 240 GB increments. Prices start at $218 and go up to $666. All drives have a three year warranty. For more info, visit Mushkin's website.
