Earlier this month, Lenovo pushed out a slew of new laptops. Now details for the new IdeaPad U160 CULV have been released (via Netbooked). Lenovo hasn't been sitting on its butt after the excellent U150. These new CULVs pack Core i3, i5 and i7 processors.

The U160 has a much slimmer profile than its predecessor. The battery fits in much less obtrusively now. The display is 11.6”, and the CPU is either an i3 330UM (1.2 GHz, 2 MB cache), Core i7-740UM (1.2 GHz, 4 MB), Celeron U3400 (1.06 GHz, 2 MB), or Pentium U5400 (1.2 GHz, 3 MB). The U160 can take up to 4 GB of DDR3 RAM. It comes with either a 250 GB, 320 GB or 500 GB HDD.

Connectivity options include Gigabit LAN, b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth, WWAN, VGA, HDMI, 3x USB 2.0 slots, eSATA and a card reader. There's a 1.3 MP webcam and Windows 7 Home Premium loaded up stock. Battery options include 3-cell (3.5 hours) or 6-cell (7 hours). There's also an Active Protection System.

The Lenovo IdeaPad U160 starts at $699 and will ship in early June.
