If you are a merchant that sells a lot of stuff out in the field and need a way to process credit cards outside the office a new system has turned up for the Android smartphone. The system is from Advanced Merchant solutions and is called the Pocket Verifier Professional for Android.

The system is complete, lets the user swipe a credit card, and prints the buyer a receipt from one device that connects to the smartphone via Bluetooth. The printer and swiping gadget is the Pocket Spectrum plus and interfaces with the Pocket Verifier Professional for Android application.

The scanning and printing device is shipping now and the printing system is thermal. The magnetic reader is a 2-track device and the device gets power from lithium ion batteries. A leather carry case is included.
