Revision3 Embraces HTML5 For IPad Video

Steve Jobs may not think the iPad needs Flash and might wish that most users of the iPad and iPhone didn’t want flash support, but I for one do. I am sure there are lots of people out there who are like me and want Flash support on their iPad. I don’t see that ever happening though with Jobs' hatred for Flash well documented at this point.

That leaves iPad users waiting for the major video streaming sites to start supporting HTML5 so we can watch video. Smaller video site Revision3 has announced that it is now redirecting iPad requests for videos to HTML5 versions rather than the typical Flash versions allowing iPad users access.

The new videos support full screen viewing and videos in SD can be downloaded and synced to the iPad for offline playback. HD version of the video have some sort of issue that is preventing them from synchronizing right now, but Revision3 is working on the problem.
