Computex is set to kick off next month and one of the big segments of products that are expected to be seen is tablets. Many are expecting the tablets at the show to be heavy towards ARM and Android based units.

DigiTimes reports that sources have told it that tablets based on Intel hardware and Microsoft software will be more prominent at the show due to "persuasion" from the two industry giants. Intel has been in trouble before for keeping competitors products out of the market by offering huge discounts and deals to prevent companies from using competitor's hardware.

There are ARM and Android-based tablets expected to be seen at Computex, but those will not be the big focuses for MSI and Asus according to the sources. Tablets with ARM CPUs and Android are expected to land form both MSI and Asus in Q3 2010.
