Acer's latest smartphone, the Liquid Stream, has just made it through FCC testing. So far, the LS looks like one sweet gadget. Phandroid reports that, between this and earlier leaks, we now have a pretty solid idea of what this mobile will pack. Expect a 5 MP camera, 720p recording, a 1 GHz Snapdragon processor, HDMI-out, WiFi and Bluetooth.

The battery is 1400 mAH and the Liquid Stream will work on the GSM 850/1900 MHz bands. This smartphone was built to run Android 2.1, but should have the specs necessary to make it 2.2 compatible. When that update will come is a different question entirely.
