3D is coming in a big way with lots of new 3D TVs landing on the market along with 3D PCs and 3D projectors among other things. If you are a home theater fan you might want a 3D home theater system to go along with your new TV.

Panasonic has announced a new home theater system called the SC-ZT2 that is wireless and supports full HD 3D content. The device has 7.1 channel sound and recreates that surround sound using only two speakers.

The system is compatible with Audio Return Channel allowing the receiving of the audio signal through a single HDMI cable. The virtual tech used by Panasonic allows the user to take advantage of HD sound like Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD 7.1 with only the two speakers. Each of the speakers has four one-in tweeters along with a single long-stroke woofer 5-inches in diameter. The SC-ZT2 system sells for $999.95.
