iFixit published a complete teardown of the new iPhone 4. This is not the first time we see the inside of the iPhone 4. Gizmodo took the "lost" iPhone 4 prototype apart back in April.
The iFixit iPhone 4 teardown goes into more detail and also offers it up tutorial style so you actually learn something.

iFixit confirms that the the iPhone 4 has 512MB RAM, as we already reported the other day.
You get a nice close look at the Apple A4 CPU made by Samsung in Step 15.
