Froyo is coming soon to a family of smartphones near you. A twitter post from Samsung has stated that Android 2.2 will be coming to all members of the Galaxy S line of phones. Their words, "Galaxy S phones will come with Android 2.1 and be upgradeable to Android 2.2 which will support Adobe Flash 10.1".

The Verizon Fascinate, the AT&T Captivate, and tbe Sprint Epic will get the fabled update...at some point. Hopefully this is a sign that the day is imminent.
