The iPhone 4 antenna controversy is somehow reaching a pivot right now. 24 hours before Apple's short notice iPhone 4 press conference the technology media is filled with iPhone 4 antenna related news.
Bloomberg / BusinessWeek just uncovered an interesting aspect of the iPhone 4 antenna issue. According to their report an Apple engineer is said to have warned Steve Jobs that the new iPhone 4 antenna design could lead to dropped calls. The engineer has supposedly informed Jobs about his concerns already last year.

It is somehow hard to imagine how Apple management came to the conclusion that it is a non issue and moved on with the new design.
Let's hope we get all the answers tomorrow at the iPhone 4 press conference.
