Panasonic has added a new full HD 3D Blu-ray player to its line of offerings. The new players include the DMP-BDT100. The new player supports 2D and 3D content.

The BDT100 upscales standard def content to 1080p and both of the players support a wide range of audio formats. The player has an integrated SD card slot and USB ports for viewing photos and video directly from cameras.

The difference between the BDT100 and BDT350 is in the BDT350's support for Viera Cast. The 350 can stream content from the web including Netflix, Amazon VOD, Pandora, YouTube and Twitter. The 350 has integrated WiFi for connectivity. The boot up time for the 100 is under a second and shipments of the 100 start in August at an undisclosed price.
