The last of the new camcorders from Panasonic today is the SDX1. Panasonic claims that this camera is the world's lightest full HD camcorder that is capable of being used as a webcam for video chat services like Skype.

The small camera weighs 0.41 pounds and has a 35.8mm wide angle lens. The camera also has 23x intelligent zoom and records 1080p video in AVCHD format. Panasonic uses its hybrid OIS system with both digital and optical shake reduction.

The camera can also use tracking to focus automatically and for automatic exposure on one subject that is activated by touching the subject on the 2.7-inch LCD. The camera will ship in September for $499.95.
