In the midst of a veritable flood of CES 2010 news, we've got another tablet rumor to tantalize you with. PhoneArena has just received scans of what appear to be several Apple internal documents from a tipster. These documents purport to contain the specs for the "7-inch 2.26 GHz iSlate". The gadget's OS is given as "Mac OS 10.7 Clouded Leopard". In addition to a 7.1" multitouch display, this tablet should have a 2.26 GHz Core 2 Duo processor, 120 GB HDD, 3 GB RAM (up to 8), iSight camera, built-in projector, two USB ports, 10/100 Ethernet, Airport Extreme WiFi, Bluetooth, and the kitchen sink. If true, this is basically the swiss army knife of portable computing. Monster processor, tons of RAM, a projector, camera, 3G, and WiFi? Hell yes. These specs are certainly exciting enough to be an Apple product...but that doesn't mean this leak is legitimate. PhoneArena is a fairly reliable source, but it is still very possible these documents are the result of some hoaxer messing with us. Don't get too excited yet. Apple's big announcement is on the 26th, we'll learn if this is all bull then.
