A man ran into a Bank of America in Connecticut wearing a neck brace and a pair of 3D glasses, although apparently that wasn't enough to really do the job because he was caught just a couple hours later.
So not only did Jason Prescott commit a federal offense by stealing money from a bank, but he did something far worse: he kept the 3D glasses he got from a movie theater and didn't recycle them! How dare he?

Officials didn't ask where he stole the 3D glasses, but they did ask why he had a wad of cash stuffed under his car seat when they found him driving on Interstate 91 in a car that matched witness descriptions.

Prescott is now behind bars and faces a $250,000 bond. There's no word on whether or not 3D movies will be playing in prison.
