NASA is sending Robonaut 2 or R2 on its mission to the ISS this fall. The goal of the mission is to let NASA study human robot interaction aboard the space station.

R2 will be Tweeting the mission along with preparations for launch. NASA has set up the Twitter account @AstroRobonaut just for the event.

I think that once R2 gets to the ISS the first Tweet should be "Hello Dave." Followers can ask R2 questions by submitting them with the #4R2 tag to the Twitter account above.
