It's no wonder the Nintendo DS is the best selling portable game console on the planet. Even gorillas like gaming on the portable console. The picture above is something that most kids have had to put up with from their dad at one point or another.

The caption for that pic should be, "Is it my turn yet!" As the story goes, a little boy was carrying his Nintendo DS at the San Francisco Zoo and somehow dropped it into the gorilla cage.

The daddy gorilla, being a fan of Donkey Kong naturally, wanted to play but opposable thumbs or not he couldn’t get the console to turn on. The trainer traded the DS for an apple and gave it back to the kid with a bit of extra slobber, but the console apparently still worked. Maybe it used Gorilla Glass.
