Tantalizing.

Back in August we heard some mutterings about a Motorola Tablet, code-named "Stingray". Now Phandroid reports that a tablet named the MZ600 has been spotted in Verizon's inventory database. We can expect to see this mystery device launch in October, just ahead of the holiday rush.

Tegra 2 is rumored, as is Android 3.0 (Gingerbread). The former is likely due to the prevalence of the Tegra 2 in other Android slates, but I wouldn't hold my breath for 3.0 hitting this quickly. This tablet could come with some sort of FiOS for mobile TV tie-in too. Multimedia is certain to be a major focus.
