Yet another Verizon iPhone rumor.

Apple could be building its first wave of Verizon-capable iPhones this December. AppleInsider reports that overseas suppliers have informed analyst Jeffrey Fidacaro of Apple's plans to build 3 million CDMA iPhones. This will allow Apple to launch these new iPhones in early 2011.

For this quarter, Apple is expected to build around 18 million GSM iPhones, "well above investor expectations". The display panel issues with LG have apparently been settled. Fidacaro also expects some 11.6 million iPhone sales in Q4 of 2010, a 39% increase over the last quarter.
