30 fps issue fixed?

Those of us who own one of the world's first 4G smartphones are in luck. An update to the HTC Evo appears to be imminent. Engadget received screenshots that reveal quite a bit about the next firmware improvement for the Evo. The calendar issue will be fixed (finally) and a reboot problem dealing with the GPS will be dealt with.

Multiple Gmail sync, which was broken with Froyo, will work now too. The most exciting bit of news though, is that the Evo's wimpy 30 fps frame-rate cap may be going away. Sprint has some official info posted here. The update is set to go out today.
