Just on the horizon.

There are already phones in Japan capable of glasses-free 3D, so the idea that it could be coming to an Android phone soon isn't too outlandish. Android and Me posted up a video from the GTC 2010 show, where Scaleform showed off an impressive glasses-free 3D solution.

Their prototype device used Nvidia's Tegra. The OS was Android, and the company rep stated that the first Android glasses-free 3D tablets and smartphones should be hitting in the middle of next year. On-the-scene reports were very enthusiastic about the quality of the display, so this is definitely something worth being excited over.
